2. What data we collect

Through the forms on the website we may receive:

• first and last name,
• email address,
• phone number,
• stay dates,
• room type,
• message content.

If a reservation is made, we also process data needed to provide the stay and for billing (e.g. invoice details).

The data come only from the Guest (form, phone or email).

3. Why we process data

• to reply to availability and booking enquiries,
• to contact you about your stay,
• to complete a reservation if the Guest decides to stay,
• accounting and tax duties – only if a reservation / sale is made.

We do not send a newsletter.

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis

• GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) – steps before a contract and performance of a reservation,
• GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) – reply to a message and contact with the Guest,
• GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) – accounting and tax duties if a reservation is made,
• GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) – consent ticked in the form.

5. Who may receive the data

Form submissions are delivered to an email inbox provided by the email operator (Onet). If a reservation is made, the data may be entered into the hotel reservation system.

Website hosting providers may also process data – only as needed to run the website.

6. How long we keep data

• form enquiries that did not become a reservation – up to 12 months,
• data related to a reservation and billing – for the period required by law (accounting / tax).

7. Cookies

The website may use cookies needed for the site to work and, if enabled, statistics or marketing tools. Cookie settings can be changed in your browser.

8. Your rights

You may request:

• access to your data,
• rectification,
• erasure,
• restriction of processing,
• to object,
• data portability,
• withdrawal of consent – if processing is based on consent.

9. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply to your enquiry.
