01 Location & access
How long does it take to reach the city centre?
About 5–10 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Based on Google Maps directions to “Rzeszów” (city centre).
How far is Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport?
About 10–15 minutes by car, depending on the time of day and traffic.
Is the hotel easy to reach by car?
Yes. We are close to the S19 and A4 — about 6 minutes by car to those routes.
Can I stop briefly at the entrance with luggage?
Yes. The car park is right by the entrance — short drop-offs are no problem.
02 Parking
Is parking free?
Yes — completely free for hotel guests. Around 20 spaces for cars and light commercial vehicles.
Is the car park secured? Do I need to reserve a space?
It is an open car park next to the hotel. Spaces do not need to be reserved.
03 Rooms & stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM (noon).
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Where possible, yes — please contact us in advance. If rooms are available, we often extend the stay by 1–2 hours free of charge.
What room types do you offer?
Single, double, triple and quadruple rooms. The quadruple room also has a sofa bed.
Can I choose the bed setup in a double room?
Yes — one double bed or two single beds.
Do you provide a baby cot? When do children stay free?
Yes, a baby cot is available. Children under 4 stay free of charge.
04 Breakfast & facilities
What is breakfast like?
A buffet breakfast. Whether it is included depends on the rate you choose. Standard hours: 7:00–9:00 AM. With prior notice we can start earlier (e.g. from 5:00 AM) or extend service free of charge.
Is Wi-Fi free and fast?
Yes — free Wi-Fi, up to about 800 Mbps. Some rooms also have an Ethernet connection.
Is reception open 24 hours?
Yes — 24/7.
What is included in the room?
Private bathroom, Smart TV, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, water. A kettle is available in the shared area and can be brought to the room on request. Iron and ironing board on request.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking in rooms. Smoking is allowed on balconies (3 rooms) and outside the building.
05 Booking & payment
What is the best way to book?
By phone — we will answer your questions and tailor the offer. Email or the website form is also fine.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, BLIK and bank transfer.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?
No. You can book without a prepayment.
06 Airport & transport
Is the hotel suitable for airport arrivals and departures?
Yes. About 10–15 min to the airport and 5–10 min to the centre. You can also leave your car for a flight — an extra fee applies outside your stay (details when booking).
How much is a transfer from the airport?
Approximate prices (August 2026): Bolt around PLN 35; taxi often from about PLN 70. Fares vary by time of day — check the app for a live quote.
Can I get here by bus or train from the airport?
Yes. Timetables change — check current connections on the day of travel via Google Maps, the carrier or the airport. General note: August 2026.

Is there a restaurant nearby?
Yes. About a 3-minute walk: Parrilla Grill & Cocktail Bar (Staromiejska 2) — Latin-inspired grill cuisine, around 4.9 on Google.
Do you allow pets?
No.
Is there a lift / elevator?
No. Some rooms are on the ground floor, others on the 1st floor. Staff are happy to help with luggage.
What facilities do you not offer?
No pool, spa or full-service dinner restaurant. You can order food delivery; restaurants are nearby.
